Brewsters Corner, Pendicke Street, Southam, Warwickshire CV47 1PN
The space was an uneven external patio with an old small garden room extension.
APT Design Services transformed the space into a warm inviting garden room which can be used all year round.
During the build the ground floor was renovated to open up the living space.
APT Design Services were approached about a lack of space and crumbling unusable garden room / conservatory.
APT Design Services worked with the client to create a clean lined garden room with enough storage for their ever growing children's toys and a further master suite with en-suite and dressing areas.
When this cottage was purchased it was in a sorry state, the windows were rotten, the floors were dangerous and the circa 1960’s kitchen extension was falling down and damp.
We worked with the client to renovate the cottage from derelict run down damp space to a dry, warm, inviting and modern living.
This project was a challenging one, the original cottage was dilapidated and had a number of 1960’s ‘not in keeping’ extensions.
APT Design Services designed a family house working with the existing cottage and proposed two large extensions.
APT Design Services took this project from initial concept to finished house.
